Nick Canci graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University in the spring of 1985. That same year, he incorporated his company known as Canci Homes Corporation Inc. It was the logical choice, having worked by his father's side in the construction industry since the age of 14. He had the credentials required to be successful in the building industry. In the past 27 years, many more Canci homes have been built. Houses have been erected in various locations, among these Hunt Club Park, Sugarbush Estates, Cedarhill, Manotick Estates and Manotick Island, Rideau Forest Estates, Metcalfe, Navan, Brennan Park, Cumberland Estates, Cambrian Heights, Dows Lake and in the city of Ottawa. Even though the price and design of these homes varied widely, from less than 1500 square feet to well over 8500 square feet of living space, every single one of them offers quality craftsmanship throughout! And so it should be!

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Let's face it: would there still be a Canci Homes 27 years after the company's inception without satisfied home buyers? Obviously not, especially in this competitive market. When customers entrust us with the building of their home, it is a commitment we take seriously. From the very first moment they sit down to discuss their house plans with us, to years after having moved in to their home, we want our clientele to be happy.

Perhaps our greatest asset is our approachability. We realize that for many of our purchasers, this custom building idea is a relatively new experience. Perhaps it has been a dream of theirs for quite some time, and they are a little apprehensive of venturing into it just yet. This is, after all, a major investment, and the fear of making a mistake is always in the background. We understand and respect that position: that's why we don't push potential buyers to make a decision. Some of our visitors have taken up to two years to make up their mind, and that's fine. We plan on being around for many years to come!
